TRADITIONAL MARTIAL ARTS
You don't need to fight to be in shape like a fighter. Physical preparation using kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bags, elastic bands,... etc, techniques in the air or on focus mitts/kicking shields for anybody who want to get in shape in a fun and dynamic way.
Work your techniques with a partner with the use of protective gear. Focused on sportsfighting using Punching, Kicking and Throwing. For competitors and non-competitors.
Selfdefense classes; our martial arts applied to keeping you safe under all circumstances. In pairs.
Johan Duquet has over 10 years of experience with chinese martial arts and thanks to his yearly journeys of several months to China to train and compete he is able to understand, connect and translate between East and West. Classes are open to men and women, young and old and with our ample space of 75 square meters of padded floor you can train under safe conditions.
