Taiji quan or Taichi chuan is an "internal" martial art that also helps improve health. We practice traditional Chen Taiji from Grandmaster Chen ZhengLei's school through one of his best disciples Fu NengBin who comes regularly to our school. We have 3 levels with Basic focusing more on health and softness while more advanced has a more martial oriented focus.

"Internal" Kungfu of Gao style Bagua zhang and Hebei Xingyi.
BAGUA or "PAKUA" has a very elegant character due to its circular and spiraly movements that help to improve coordination and balance. At the same time it's a form of moving meditation and a very practical method of selfdefense that helps make your whole body become stronger and more flexible.
Of the "internal" martial arts Xingyi is the most direct and "simple" with a very attacking character but with a firm and clear whole body power. Because of it no-nonsense approach and clarity it is an excellent introduction to the "internal" arts and is very easy to apply to selfdefense.

1 SANDA FISICO: The perfect way to get in shape and lose weight fast. Work with Kettlebells, battle ropes, elastic bands, medecine balls, ... etc Techniques in the air or on focus mitts and/or kicking shields help you gain power, endurance, flexibility in a fun and dynimic way without having to get hit/kicked.

QI GONG or CHI KUNG or even sometimes called "Chinese Yoga" are exercises for relaxation, breathing and stretching that can help improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Performed softly they can help relax and lower tension and give a sense of wellbeing.
When performed more vigorously these exercises help make your body stronger, tone your muscles and gain flexibility.
