QI GONG or CHI KUNG or even sometimes called "Chinese Yoga" are exercises for relaxation, breathing and stretching that can help improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Performed softly they can help relax and lower tension and give a sense of wellbeing.
For our sessions of Qi Gong we have selected exercises from different tradicional sources such as Shaolin KungFu, Chen Taichi, Gao Bagua, Hebei XingYi, and all of them are known to be good for your health.
