In SANDA / SANSHOU we use protective gear to spar using the concepts and techniques of Chen Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi y Shaolin Gongfu for selfdefense and for sports fighting. In SANDA we focus on SPORTS FIGHTING while in SANSHOU we focus more on SELFDEFENSE
For CONDITION we combine traditional kungfu exercises with modern sports science to work on speed, power, explosiveness and resistance to get you in the best shape possible. We use Kettlebells, elastic bands, medecine balls, sand bags, battle ropes,... etc.
